Are Services provided in Person or via Telehealth?
SBS is happy to offer in-person and telehealth services for all of its services. Since the shelter-in-place order began due
to the COVID-19 Pandemic, SBS has continued to provide excellent services via telehealth. Our clients
have continued to thrive and even prefer telehealth sessions at times over in-person therapy.
Do you provide services to pediatric clients only?
SBS provides services to Adult and Pediatric clients alike.
Why can’t I find your location?
SBS office is “in-vivo” meaning we come to you the client. In some instances, our clinician is able to
provide in person services in the home, community, or school the client attends. We do not have a brick-
and-mortar location.
Do you Accept Insurance?
Yes, SBS does accept insurance. We currently are in-network with the following funders: Aetna, Medicaid GA, Anthem BCBS, Amerigroup Georgia, Cigna Evernorth, Peach State, CareSource, and Ambetter. If your insurance company is not listed, please give us a call.
Are parents required to attend telehealth sessions?
SBS’s goal is to equip our caregivers with the tools necessary to continue to provide the ongoing
assistance that their children require independent of therapy. It is recommended that parents attend
sessions in the initial stages of therapy, however, parent participation requirement is determined on a
case-by-case basis. Separate parent training is provided in all ABA therapy client cases and requires
parent participation.
